A bit more about my yoga journey

As a child I suffered from extreme anxiety and phobias. This drew me to understand the mind and its effects on the body early on. Through meditation and meditational activity such as yoga I have found more inner strength.

Yoga has benefited me in so many ways and I hope you find similar benefits.

If you are new to yoga, don't worry, I'll be there to guide you. Yoga can be simple. There are so many wonderful mental, physical and spiritual benefits from this practice. Absolutely everyone can do yoga - it really is accessible for all. There are props such as blocks at my classes as they are great for supporting the body. After the class there will always be relaxation.

Some students prefer to practice yoga in the comfort of their own homes. Therefore I also offer a personalised 1-1 yoga classes in the Brighton and Hove area. This can include yoga that is more tailored for seniors and those with limited mobility. Or more challenging forms of yoga to build strength. Other options include more relaxing forms of yoga to help manage stress. I find it rewarding to help students retain and improve their fitness and mobility. Therefore my rates are very reasonable. Please contact me for details.
